MEETINGS

An initial phone call is the best way to set up our first meeting either in person or by Zoom. If you feel I am a good fit for your ceremony we will book the date then and your deposit of 50% is paid. Then we get down to business and I ask you all the things I need to know to write your ceremony - your stories and memories, your hopes and wishes, your choices and intentions. I can make suggestions for readings, poetry, music and actions to make the ceremony uniquely yours.

I'll then give you a timeframe for my writing, and send you a draft script, where you can be sure I've got your details right.

On the day I'll lead your ceremony with warmth and empathy so that you can  be sure it's full of meaning and heart.

PLANNERS

If you have a Wedding Planner or a Party Planner, I am of course happy to work along with them to realise your wishes for the event.

A Premium Celebration £1,000

• A free consultation call
• Two in-depth meetings in person or on Zoom to discuss your event
• A meaningful, professional Ceremony script
• Bespoke vows
• Up to four Ceremony script revisions
• Two symbolic actions and items, e.g. candle lighting with personalised unity candle
• Regular communication and support with Ceremony plans and room layout
• Beautiful, heartfelt delivery of your Ceremony
• A certificate
• A presentation souvenir script

Any additional requirements and costs for a completely bespoke Ceremony can be discussed.

From £350

I am happy to write and deliver a more straightforward Ceremony from £250. Simply contact me if you wish to discuss this.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

All ceremonies include:

• an optional ceremony item such as a candle
• leading and delivery of the ceremony
• a certificate
• a presentation souvenir script

All my travel to meetings and bookings in the London area is included within my fee. Additional travel and personalisation of items may cost extra, and will be by arrangement: there will be no surprises. 

BOOKINGS & DEPOSIT

A non-refundable deposit of 50% (subject to the 14-days statutory cooling off period) is due to secure the date.

BALANCE

The balance is due 28 days before the date of your Ceremony. Once this is paid, I will send you the first draft of the Ceremony.

CANCELLATIONS

If  circumstances change and you need to cancel or postpone your Ceremony, my full terms & conditions, provided before booking, give more information. Similarly, should I be unable to conduct the Ceremony, I will endeavour to find a suitable substitute, subject to your agreement.

TRAVEL

All my travel is by public transport; one of the ways I am eco-conscious. If I can get there, your guests can get there! I live in North London, and  any travel and/or accommodation expenses will only apply for Ceremonies outside the M25 or outside the UK, and will be agreed with you when booking.
